I build structures and help entrepreneurs build companies that can stand.
I come from architecture, where you learn early that no project can stand if its foundations are wrong. Then I learned the language of business —economics, data, and financial statements— and found the same pattern: many companies fail because early decisions are made with too little information, structure, and coordination.
Today I work with founders and leadership teams at exactly that point: structuring their companies, understanding what their numbers really say, organizing operations, and making decisions with judgment.
I do not advise from theory alone. Every recommendation I make also comes from the experience of having founded six companies that I still operate, with real teams, clients, decisions, and responsibilities.I help entrepreneurs build companies that can stand.
